What Is A Malware Or Virus ?

From the best of my knowledge and from researches that I have made on this particular topic, Malware is basically define as malicious codes which has the ability to mess up with the original functionalities of a website or a blog. Once it finds a way into your blog or website they look out for very sensitive and important information depending on the way it was programmed.

How Does It Enter Blogs Or Websites ?

Many of you might be wondering how this self-destructive code or virus gets into our websites or blog. Worry less, it is just before your very own nose. Look no further it is right close to you. We install this on our system without know the kind of script that makes us the widget or plugin. In as much as it has been promised to work as specified, it carries this code along with it so you hardly notice it presence.

Why Do Hackers Do This?

Hackers normally do this because they simply want to take advantage of your site’s traffic and real-estate by inserting links which point to their porn or pharmacy or other scam websites. Or may be to destroy your site forever.

The Effects Of Malware !!

It is very unfortunate when A website has be infect with malware, It effect can be ranged from financial ruin, personal data theft, annoying pop up window and many more which is very detrimental to the health of your site SEO (Search engine Organics), If this is detected by search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo etc., your website can be blacklisted in other the say to protect other customers. Do I really Need A Mentor ?

It was Dr. Ben Carson who once wrote ‘there is no such person as a self-made individual’ since birth we have had interactions with people who lives have greatly influenced our own in diverse ways.

People learn from one another just as iron sharpens iron.. Prov. 27:7 we thank God for a wonderful day with a brand new life..John 3:16..

Children learn from their parents, other relatives or family members and their peers.  and as bloggers you learn from your fellow successful bloggers who have made it big. It is not uncommon to find some children trying to be like their parents. They speak, dress or do things like their parents. In school, teachers exert a lot of influence on their. The life style of a teacher may be attractive to a child who may adopt it and behave just like the teacher

The people we come into contact with, be it in the family, church school, business or association, do exert tremendous influence on our lives. We sometimes are very unaware of such influences. May I ask few questions? What is your goal in life? What do you want to achieve? How are you going to achieve them?

You can make your journey to the world of success by learning from those who have been there already. These are your mentors or role models.

Who Can be My Mentor ?

These are you people from who you can learn from. Your mentor can be somebody from your family, company, school, church, blogging niche and many more. If you want to do anything new just bear in mind that it has been done before by someone somewhere that you might know or not know. What you should do is to look for someone who has been there before so he or she would take you through the process of such journey and help you not to make mistakes...

Do I Need to learn from the mistakes of others ?

Wise men learn from the mistakes of others whiles a foolish man refuses to take correction and learns from his own mistake. Remember that time is not waiting you  to fall and rise up again and again.

The key to learning from a mentor or a role model is for you to find out what has made that person more successful than you and others. You need to find out what he is doing separately of differently from you. Once you know this, go ahead and apply the same ideas or principles and you will be astonished by the results.

The truth of the matter is that if the principle works for somebody, it will work for you if the same principle is applied. All you need to do is to ask questions and wait for guidance. If you want to start any business or blog niche my advice to you is to look for successful people in that business or niche and learn from them. Find out what is behind their success and make it part of your life. It is the sterling qualities in our mentors that we look for and emulate to make our endeavours more successful.

Of What Use Is The  Mentor to Me ?

The life of your mentor can challenge you to excel in life or in anything you do in which ever area you find yourself. Most of us erroneously think that those who have made it to the top have been lucky. It is not an issue of being lucky it is an issue of hard work and perseverance.

Some of these successful men and women in all aspect of the industries might have encountered very difficulties situations but disciplined themselves to achieve success, I think you and I need to do the same thing. There are so many successful men and women in the blogging industry who have made it in their career and are now enjoying the fruit of their sufferings.

Conclusion ?

If you are think of dropping blogging because you are not seeing anything profitable, please don’t do that. Take time to go through the pro bloggers in the industry and advice yourself. In life there is nothing good that comes easy. You have to work for it. And at the end you would enjoy your sweat and your suffering. Make blogging fun because it is fun!!!

What Is The Meaning Of CV Or What Do We Understand By CV

Before we can proceed into writing a CV we have to fully understand what it means to write a CV and what a CV is all about.

But before then let me say thank God for yet another day and a beautiful life of fresh breath that we take. Without HIM we would be no one or no more. So honour and glory to His Name

Curriculum Vitae (CV) is an outline of a person’s educational and professional history prepared for a job applications. Note;  another name for a CV is a resume.

A CV is the most flexible and convenient way to make applications. It conveys your personal details in a way that presents you in the best possible light. A CV is a marketing document in which you are marketing something or yourself, you need to sell your skills, abilities, qualifications and experience to employers. It can be used to make multiple applications to employers in a specific career area.

An application form is designed to bring out the essential information and a personal qualities that the employers requires and does not allow you to gloss over your weaker points as a CV does. In addition, the time needed to fill out these forms is seen as a reflection of your commitment to the career.

There is no “one best way” to construct a CV. It is your document and can be structured as you wish within the basic frame work below. It can be on paper or on line or even on a T-shirt (a gimmicky approach that might work for creative jobs but not generally advised)

What Should A CV Be Used For ??

  1. When an employer ask for application to be received in this format
  2  When an employer simply states apply to without specifying the format.
 3. When making speculative application (When writing to an employer who has not        advertised a vacancy but who you hope may have one

Brief factors to consider before Starting a Small Business of your own

Decide what type of business you want to establish;
 This will determine what kind of capital and documentation you’ll need. Be aware of the current national or local policies in the country you reside that might have an impact in your plans.

Find the sources of the required capital;

with the effects of the global recession almost over, getting capital from financial institution is much easier. You can also seek other investors to help you generate the required start up capital.

Choose the location of your business;

the location of your business will be determined by the product or services you offer. The location choice is also determined by the availability of a premise where your business can be set up. A prime location is important since that can guarantee customers will be readily accessible. As in many other African countries, securing a very lucrative premises especially in better location could prove to be costly.

Formulate a policy for the running of your business;

This is the step where you determine any extra services that you will offer to the customers as well as the basis on which you will price your products and services.

Make investments to enable the business to offer services;

Basic office equipment includes furniture, interiors, computer, telephones, scanners, copiers and fax and any other machine that would be required in the course of time. Remember to hold a grand opening ceremony for the opening of your business to help inform customers about your entry into the market.

Emotion and passions is an essential ingredient to a business success, but hold on to that inner fire until your business has become very progressive this as well apply to a blogging career...

We thank God through Jesus Christ HIS Son, for yet another day granted to us.. In Christ alone my strength is found....

How to set Your Blog To Automatically Update Your Google Plus profile After Your Post Update

Some months back I used to think it would be virtually impossible for bloggers to automatically update their Google plus profile after their blog update. Just few months ago, Google made it known to us that we can now automatically share our post to
Google+ publicly just as soon as they are published on our site, It has be made possible by default in your blogger dashboard but made you have not enabled it on your blog. Don't worry we would do that together right now.

Could there be a reason why this has to be like that ? For the record, some time back I remember that any time we publish a post we share it on Google plus manually by ourselves but now things has change, This is possibly to make blogging enjoyable to those who are serious with blogging. I need not to mention about the ability of this Google plus community generating huge traffic to your blog or website. For your information, If am not mistaking everybody in the blogging industry has a Google plus profile and some number of circle friends which increases the visibility of your updates.

To make everything simple and short we are going to learn how we can make this possible. The first thing you should probably think of doing is to link your blogger account with your Google+ profile because that alone would enable this feature. To do this, simply go to the  top right corner of your Blogger dashboard, click the Wrench button and then select Revert to Google+ Profile. as shown in the image below... Once it is done, you would then be enabled to use Google+ this procedure is for Google blogger users only ....

After connecting your profile to Google+ by doing the previous task, just  select the blog you want the effect to work on and look out for the “Google+” Tab, tick the box section that says Automatically share after posting as shown in the image below !!

Should in case you want to avoid sharing posts on Google+  probably the next time you publish a post, then you can unchecked or unpick this feature from the Google+ tab located in your blogger Dashboard as you can see in the image above..

If you are able to do this then congratulations your post would now be automatically published on Google+

.Please share this post for us on you favourite social network like Facebook or twitter or Google+ as a way of showing gratitude if it was of help to you.

Things One should  Consider When Doing a Self Assessment.

Self-assessment is one of the first step of the career planning process that no one can do away with, It is the process of gathering information about yourself in order to get a well-informed career decision.

I recommend self-assessment more frequently than ever, but most people resist this step. When one is unemployed or fearing lay-off, the time is right for reassessing current skills talents, abilities, strengthens, weaknesses, interests, and work values. If you are not doing it, better think of starting from this point. A comprehensive self-assessment should always include the following

When someone says interests, what exactly comes into your mind? If you care to know, every human has an interest. That in a case makes every human being or group of people unique. This interest defines who you are and answers the question to the things you enjoy doing. What are the things you do and enjoy most, like they are part of you? Those things are classified as your interest inventory.

Every human or person has a set of values that are reflected in their job for work to be very fulfilling and rewarding. This is one of the most important aspect of work that makes every person enjoy what they do. You set your values to your standard in relations to your interest. If you don’t take your values into considerations probably when planning your career. There is a larger chance that you will not enjoy your job and might not end up very well. That is why it is very important to consider all these factors when planning for your career or company.

People with certain personality are best described for certain jobs or positions. You can’t imagine someone who is an introvert (cool personality) who might not like speaking in the public to do a public campaign for you.
Likewise, you can’t see an extrovert do otherwise or be confined in cool place. Basically, when you determine where you fall within the introvert and extrovert, you would be able to know or determine the kind of career that would best suit you.

Skill is basically know to be something you acquired through education, work experience or even  job training, or it can be the result of an ability that you have had for some time. Simply stated, skills can be a learned something or as a result of natural gift or having some special know how knowledge of doing things or understanding things and situation.

In addition, it is clearly a time to re-examine accomplishments and achievements, particularly those that may be relevant to a prospective employer.

I recommend keeping an on-going accomplishment file in which to maintain such items as articles, congratulatory letters, kudos from the boss or clients/ customers, 360 evaluations of successful activities as they occur. In the course of this daily business life, one often forgets those notable success

Editor’s note: This is a post written by John Davidson [Blogging Engage], the author of the post elaborates the points to be considered when someone is doing self assessment and the essences of doing a self assessment

Lets talk here:  When there was an announcement that the new Xbox one would be sold for $499 and a low price of $419  a lot of people where complaining that it was so expensive. Apparently, Microsoft  heard the complaints and felt  to reduce the Xbox One to a price of $399. According to Colin Moriarty,  IGN’s Senior Editor and in reference to Microsoft announcement  it begins on the 9th of June, 2014.
First of all thank God for yet another day with a brand new breath and strength!

Microsoft announced the the new Xbox one does not include the Kinect peripheral. It was added that  the Xbox One and Xbox 360 will no longer be requiring a Live Gold subscription to access streaming apps like YouTube,  Hulu Plus,  Netflix and HBO Go.

Further more, A Live Gold subscription will also not be needed for some premium services on the Xbox One, such as OneGuide, Internet Explorer, and even Skype.

Talking about the design, the Xbox one looks almost the same with the Xbox 360 that huge but it is bundled with a beautiful cardboard and a very nice plastic. It looks more professional and silky. Irrespective of the bulkiness, it has this very ugly look as compared to the Sony PlayStation 4  that would make everyone not want to have it but the content and the functions are so spectacular . Action speak more better than words.It measures up to  274 x 79 x 333 mm, making it longer and taller as compared to the  PlayStation 4 or an Xbox 360.

The Xbox One controller is very handy and  comfortable,however, it is no that impressive like that of the PS 4 Dual Shock 4 gamepad. It's black nature a slight outside features makes it look like the Xbox 360's gamepad. The difference is the presence of Menu and View button instead of the Start and Back buttons in the old Xbox 360's gamepad

The triggers would provide an individual force feedback, rumbling in response to what you're playing except for the gamepad itself, because the correct trigger's resistance and response to acceleration feels way more precise with force feedback.

The interface of the Xbox is pure Metro and has a large, easily identifiable panels displaying the current game or app running, your most recent apps, pinned items and the Xbox Live Store to the right just the way it is with the windows 8 of computers. One  would say it looks almost like the interface of windows 8 and windows phone 8 dashboard if only you are familiar with them.

What is in the Box

1. Console
2. Kinect
3. Power cable and adapter (aka the power brick),
4. Headset,
5. Headset adapter,
6. HDMI cable
7. Controller with batteries.
8. You'll also get a 14-day free trial of Xbox Live Gold
